Risotto Basmati with Porcini

Product Description

Our porcini mushroom risotto with a unique taste and flavor, is all natural and made with high quality porcini mushrooms. 

Preparation: Cook as traditional risotto, gradually adding water or broth. Alternatively, bring to a boil with 3 and 1/5 cups (0,75 Liter)  of water and two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Then, add the rice. Stir occasionally and cook until the water is completely absorbed.

Useful tips: try it with crumbled sausage and pine nuts.

Wine-paring: Sangiovese di Romagna DOC red wine or light-bodied red wine.

Ingredients: Basmati rice, porcini mushrooms, sage,rosemary,garlic, natural aromatic herbs, salt.
